Comelec Chairman Saidamen Pangarungan announced the proclamation of the winning PL groups Wednesday, during the open session of the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC) at the Philippine International Convention Center Forum Tent in Pasay City.

"The supervisory group will notify the winning party-list representative," he said.

The winning party-lists will be notified via email by the poll body.

In an advisory, the Comelec identified the following as the winning PL groups namely: ACT CIS, 1-Rider PL, Tingog, 4Ps, Ako Bicol, Sagip, Ang Probinsyano, Uswag Ilonggo, Tutok to Win, CIBAC, Senior Citizens PL, Duterte Youth, Agimat, Kabataan, Angat, Marino, Ako Bisaya, Probinsyano Ako, LPGMA, Api, Gabriela, CWS, Agri, P3PWD, Ako Ilokano Ako, Kusug Tausug, An Waray, Kalinga, Agap, Coop Natco, Malasakit@Bayanihan, BHW, GP Party, BH, Act Teachers, TGP, Bicol Saro, Dumper PTDA, Pinuno, Abang Lingkod, PBA, OFW, Abono, Anakalusugan, Kabayan, Magsasaka, 1-Pacman, APEC, Pusong Pinoy, TUCP, Patrol, Manila Teachers, Aambis-Owa, Philreca, and Alona.

Meanwhile, Comelec Commissioner George Garcia explained what will happen to party-list groups or nominees with still pending cases before the poll body.

"If the party-list organization has disqualification case before the commission and not yet resolved, we will not issue a certificate of proclamation. If its against a nominee, we will proclaim the party-list...until the issue resolved by the commission," he said.

On Tuesday, Comelec Acting Spokesperson Joh Rex Laudiangco said they are aiming to proclaim the 63 seats with the hope that the remaining 1,991 voters in Shanghai will no longer have an effect and that the result of Lanao del Sur will be sufficient for them to complete not only the 63 seats but also determine also their standing.

Last week, the poll body decided to forego the plan to partially proclaim the winning party-lists in the May 9 polls in view of the special polls in Tubaran which was held Tuesday, May 24.

The Comelec conducted special polls in the 12 barangays in Tubaran, Lanao del Sur after declaring a failure of elections there on May 11 due to violence, threats and intimidation.
