This translates to 79.66 percent of the 107,785 total number of election returns expected to come in from all poll precincts.

Most of the physical poll returns received by the Catholic church-based poll watchdog came from the provinces of Luzon.

Visayas sent the second largest number of election returns, with 16,080.

Physical poll returns from Mindanao are at 12,981 while those from the National Capital Region are at 10,070.

As of Thursday morning, no election returns from poll precincts abroad have arrived at the PPCRV command center stationed at the Quadricentennial Pavilion at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila.

According to PPCRV Legal Director Vann Dela Cruz, the PPCRV's copy of election returns from polling precincts abroad are expected to arrive in the country Thursday.

“We actually already received communication from the office of overseas voting of the Comelec, they’re just preparing our copy of the election returns. Hopefully, we could pick them up by tomorrow,” Dela Cruz said.

The PPCRV's operations in UST will only be until tomorrow, May 20. They will then transfer to a smaller venue if they continue to receive more poll returns from various areas.
