Customer service for Home Credit is now 24/7.

This will allow HCPH to learn about customers’ needs faster and resolve concerns in product and cash loans, payment status, account balance, product availability, partner brands, retail stores, gift payments, among others.

Running on multiple touchpoints, this new 24/7 service allows customers to seek assistance from a customer service representative about their concerns by sending a message through the official Facebook and Twitter accounts of HCPH.
