Incumbent Mayor Toby Tiangco cast his vote at Navotas National High School on Monday, May 9, hours before the closing of polling precincts.
Tiangco is running for a congressional seat.
Meanwhile, mayoral candidate Congressman John Rey Tiangco cast his vote at Bagumbayan Elementary School at around 2:05 p.m.
Both Mayor Toby and Rep. Rey are part of the Partido Navoteño.
