Mayor Emi to continue HELP program in Pasay City; Paranaque's Olivarezes vow change


Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano has vowed to continue her HELP (Health and Housing, Education, Economic Growth, and Environment, Livelihood and Lifestyle, and Peace and Order, Palengke (Market) and Pamilya (Family) program if she is reelected.

Rubiano, accompanied by her husband Egay, cast her vote at the Pasay City East High School at about 10:30 a.m.

She vowed to push for a caring, truthful, and responsible governance.

In Paranaque City, Mayor Edwin Olivarez, who is running for congressman of the city's first district, voted at about 10:00 a.m. at the Paranaque National High School.

Olivarez was with his brother Rep. Eric Olivarez who is running for city mayor.

They vowed to pursue changes that will benefit city residents.
