Incumbent Caloocan City Mayor Oscar "Oca" Malapitan and his son, District 1 Rep. Dale "Along" Malapitan cast their votes at the Morning Breeze Elementary School on Monday, May 9.
They arrived at the voting precinct at around 9 a.m.
The incumbent mayor is now running as congressman for the city's first district while his son is eyeing the mayoralty seat under the Team Aksyon at Malasakit.
The older Malapitan is currently on his third and final term as city mayor.
