Suntrust: Building homes that nurture the families’ physical and mental wellbeing

The worst of the pandemic is hopefully over. As a new normal emerges and becomes a way of life moving forward, we should not forget the two-year ordeal and the lessons it has taught us. Now, more than ever, we have realized the importance of a safe and secured home — one that does not only provide a roof over our head but one that nurtures our physical health and mental wellbeing.

Anticipating soon a post-pandemic world, families searching for a home are not only looking for homes in strategic and accessible locations. They now look at the surroundings, check if there are open spaces and parks, and make sure that before they move in a property, they see to it that there are amenities for leisure, relaxation, and introspection.

Homebuyers do not have to search far and wide just to find that ideal post-pandemic home, as a trusted developer for 25 years, Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI), has provided in its various projects amenities for the entire families’ physical and mental wellness.

Just recently, SPI hosted back-to-back events to bless the amenities of its projects, namely Suntrust Asmara and Gran Avila. The events were held in keeping with its mission of delivering a better lifestyle for every Filipino family.

Suntrust Asmara, a three-tower condominium community, is a gateway to the best of Quezon City. Homeowners can now enjoy its resort-like facilities such as the 20-meter pool, Zen garden, paved sunbathing, and kids’ play area. All these provide a full-fledged holiday experience just a few floors away.  What’s ideal with this condo project is its low-density feature — providing each family member a conducive space to “get away from it all” and allowing each one to nurture their passions and hobbies such as arts or crafts.

On the other hand, Gran Avila is located in one of the fastest-growing cities in Laguna.  The blessing marked the opening of its newly built swimming pool, which will now be a highlight of the multipurpose hall and landscaped children’s playground. This will now be a place of convergence for community members so that they could bond with one another and support each other during anxious times. Gran Avila is divided into five phases with residential units that provide flexibility and comfort to residents.

Suntrustees, the company’s sales force, and employees were present during these events.  These were led by SPI's First Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Training Jerry R. Rubis; as well as Senior Manager for Marketing and Sales Operations, NCR Vertical Projects Christine Santiago; and Senior Manager for Laguna and Batangas Horizontal Projects Cezar Cruz.

Rubis delivered an inspiring message, “Ever since this pandemic began, we have grown more concerned about our health and surroundings. With that, we can assure you that Suntrust will continue to innovate and provide high-quality homes for its homebuyers and investors.”
