Camella launching 10 projects nationwide in 2022

Vista Land and Lifescape’s Camella, the most trusted and preferred housing brand in the Philippines, is simultaneously launching 10 horizontal and vertical housing developments in Metro Manila and across the regions.

According to Vista Land Chief Operating Officer Jerylle Luz C. Quismundo, the strategic expansion of Camella’s housing portfolion will generate unprecedented growth as they aim to exceed successes of the previous years.

Camella Praverde is an exlcusive 12-hectare Mediterranean themed development along Governor's Drive, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.

“We are setting the trend for innovation as we build and expand in ways never seen before—Camella takes on 2022 unimpeded as we tire-lessly fulfill our commitment to provide every Filipino family the opportunity of home ownership,” said Quismundo.

Leading the national expansion campaign is Camella Praverde, a close to 12-hectare development along Governor’s Drive, Dasmarinas City, Cavite. The exclusive Mediterranean-inspired community features lifestyle amenities including a clubhouse with swimming pool and parks and playground.

As one of the most competitive cities in the country today, Dasmarinas plays host to vital economic zones in the province, Cavite Industrial Estates (FCIE), Molave Compound, and Dasmariñas Technopark. Dubbed the “University Capital of Cavite”, the city has also been touted as to be among the key players of Cavite’s economic growth.

Immediately following are expansion projects in Camella Quezon, between the cities of Lucena and Tayabas, and Camella Verano San Juan in Batangas City.

In North Luzon will rise Camella Santa Rosa, located in he first class municipality of Nueva Ecija, and Camella Alta Santiago, situated in the coastal province of Isabela.

Camella continues to break new grounds in Mindanao with the launching of Camella Trails in the highly urbanized General Santos City and Camella Zamboanga in the Zamboanga Peninsula.

Camella Manors Northpoint’s five mid-rise vertical villages in Davao City offer unit options as varied as the buyers’ needs, from studio, one to three-bedroom units, and limited penthouse units.

Bolstering its portfolio of condominium developments is the construction of additional towers for Camella Manors Lipa in Batangas, Camella Manors Verdant in the country’s premier vacation destination of Palawan, and Camella Manors Frontera, located at the city center of Davao.

The expansion in these key areas gives Filipino families greater chances of home ownership as Camella provides options for the mid-market segment at various price points.

Whether aiming for an extended family home, a start-up townhouse, or a long-term condominium investment, buyers are assured of outstanding value, contemporary design, and accessibility to major shopping are-as, hospitals, churches, schools and universities, as well as work and business hubs in central locations.

Camella properties feature spacious club-houses that function as venues for intimate gatherings and grand reunions. Swimming pools, pocket gardens, playground and sports facilities, are common amenities within neighborhoods.

The gated communities ensure round-the-clock security and efficient property management that Camella projects are known for.

Camella has built over 500,000 homes and vertical villages and maintains a strong presence in 47 provinces and 149 cities and municipalities, while aggres-sively expanding to other regions in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
