The agency said Jisung is fully vaccinated and has received his booster shot.

“Jisung has completed the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and has no symptoms other than a slight sore throat,” it said.

It added, “All NCT Dream members tested negative in the preemptive rapid antigen test. We will continue to strictly abide by the quarantine guidelines, and we will do our best to focus on recovery, considering the health and safety of our artists as our top priority.”

NCT Dream released their second studio album “Glitch Mode” on March 28.

South Korea recorded 43,286 new Covid-19 cases on April 30, a decrease from 50,568 tallied on April 29 and 57,460 on April 28.

The country’s daily tally of new Covid-19 has dipped below 100,000 in the last seven days. Its total confirmed cases reached 17.23 million as of April 30.

South Korea has been battling the spread of the highly contagious Omicron variant since February.
