This mock voting exercise is a part of COMELEC's Voter Education Program which is meant to offer the experience of how to cast a vote in an election.

May 9,” a Comelec staff said.

The mock elections will hopefully help the voters, especially the first-time voters, to become aware of the election process.

The target each day is to accommodate at least 800 participants or more.

The Comelec staff said there are enough sample ballots for the demo.
