Shared services provider, Asticom Technology Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Globe Telecom, reached the P2-billion revenue mark in six years of operations and manages 5,000 workers to date.

Launched in March 2015 as a staffing and managed services solutions company, Asticom now operates as the Asticom Group of Companies with three subsidiaries and one newly-acquired firm.
Asticom serves more than 150 clients nationwide with several businesses in the telecom, financial technology, IT, retail, health, logistics, automotive, banking, education, real estate, and aviation industries.
Last year, the group spawned three new subsidiaries - Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI), and BRAD Warehouse and Logistics Services Inc. (BRAD).
The move expanded its business portfolio in business services outsourcing, IT, engineering, and logistics.
Asticom also acquired HR and Digital Solutions company HCX Technology Partners Inc., which was placed under ABSI.
With HCX in its fold, Asticom added human resources, customer experience, finance, and corporate services to its list of services.
"In our 7th year (this 2022) and beyond, we will continue to support businesses in their growth and provide opportunities to Filipinos,” Asticom President and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes committed in a statement Friday, April 22.
Asticom continues to aim high, seeking to capture bigger markets within the country and broaden its services to serve more businesses in Southeast Asia.
It also targets to bring growth to small and medium-sized enterprises through tech-enabled solutions.
The company is gearing up to launch new initiatives and develop its technology to better serve its growing clientele.
Over the short term, the group is more than doubling workforce to 13,000.
