President Duterte inspects Agaton-hit Leyte, Capiz

ILOILO CITY – After checking Leyte, President Duterte proceeded to Capiz province on Saturday to determine the extent of the damage wrought by Agaton there.

The President then went to Pontevedra town where he joined the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) personnel in the distribution of food packs to typhoon victims.
