SS’s boyish looks make him attractive and his manners have been praised by various personalities. Belonging to a not-so private family, SS was exposed to the ins and outs of showbiz. Before he ventured into acting, many who saw him in various gatherings wondered if he were brave enough to make a career in the business. He has the face and charm that could attract followers.
Subsequently, the management decided to gamble on SS. SS was given the privilege to be with respected actors of the industry. Considering that SS was a newbie, his projects were well-supported by the bosses. SS was a hit and was thus considered a potential major talent. His family was proud of his achievements.
However, the past months have been tension-filled because SS is involved in a controversy that can break his dreams of becoming the next important actor of his generation. Allegedly, SS got a co-talent into an interesting stage.
As a young man, such controversy once out in the open creates a make or break scenario. On the one hand, if kept a secret, SS will be hounded by rumors. His father and family’s reputation will be the subject of mudslinging of people who expected more from SS. On the other hand, if SS admits his deed, there is no guarantee his fans will still adore him. After all, every talent who enters showbiz is expected to be a role model. Wise Confidant (WC) was surprised when Giddy Friend (GF) contacted her about her blooming love life. Dashing Actor (DA) reached out to GF out of the blue. Although they belonged to the same management, GF considered DA as someone who would not notice her at all, as they were busy with their commitments. But there he was, befriending her.
Soon, DA and GF were exchanging messages. GF was falling for DA’s charms. Feeling comfortable, GF asked DA about his relationships. DA said he was single and any actress linked to him was just for publicity. GF could not believe that DA was so honest.
When WC listened to GF, she noticed red flags. WC felt DA was going to use GF to widen his reach. The audience of GF can very well benefit DA. However, such might not be vice-versa. WC advised GF to take things easy, as DA might have an agenda for suddenly giving her attention. WC reminded GF to look into his past and learn from it.
GF paused and thought deeply. She took WC’s words seriously, as she was unsure of the real reason why DA came into her life. Trusting WC more, GF hardly replied to DA’s messages. When she did, she gave excuses that she’s busy with her career assignments.
