The governor said that the brand of leadership he offers solely focuses on elevating the lives of the Dabaonons, especially the underserved, providing equal opportunities and services to its constituents that eventually led to the real transformation and development of the province.

“Through revolutionary genuine public service, we attain sustainable and inclusive development. In less than one year after my administration took office, we have made major accomplishments that concretized the slogan One DavNor, One Team,” Kuya Gov stated.

The Most Sustainable and Liveable Community (MOSLIV) by Sustainability Standards, a prestigious group of international interests that honors the contributions and developments made by leading figures in the society, acknowledged the accomplishments and efforts of the Jubahib administration that promotes peace and order in the province, inclusive growth and development, and palpable change in the lives of its people.

The Nation Builders and MOSLIV Awards 2022 recognizes those that attained a reverberating impact on business, society, and the environment and uses the following guidelines in choosing the winners:

* Equitable use of Land and Resources (CLUP)
* Disaster Preparedness, Risk Reduction,
Crisis Management and Resiliency
* Infrastructure and Service Connectivity to the public (Access Roads)
* Mobility for Affordable, Accessible, and Safe Transport System for all
* Public Protection and Safety (Peace and Order)

Jubahib accentuated the fundamental programs of his administration which are instrumental to his wins such as the infrastructure development, social and medical services especially the Zero-billing in public hospitals, free housing for the Indigenous People (IP), Oplan Canal, Oplan TABANG (TApok sa Barangay Alang sa Nanginahanglan ug Galisud) a program that delivers different government services to the vulnerable and disadvantaged sectors, and his flagship program the DavNor KAAGAPAY (KAwsa sa AGrikutura Alang sa PAnginabuhian sa barangaY) a food sufficiency program that aims to counter food crises during the pandemic while giving Dabaonons a sustainable livelihood.

According to Kuya Gov, these programs are the key factors to the continuous socio-economic breakthrough of the province.

“Because of this huge development, businesses are thriving, investors are coming in, and living conditions are far better than decades ago. Along with this is our improved peace and order situation as more and more people restore trust in the government and former rebels have returned to the folds of the law,” Kuya Gov explained.

He also expressed that Davao del Norte’s One Davnor, One Team slogan is the very foundation of its progressive success as it exhibits the collaborative efforts of the Provincial Government, Local Government Units (LGUs), and the people thus emphasizing that as one province and one team, the individual achievements of its constituents are all contributory to Davnor’s overall success.
