"Twenty seven years since pumasok po ako sa serbisyong publiko and I can honestly say na talagang pinag trabahuan ko po ito (It’s been 27 years since I entered public service and I can honestly say that I really worked hard for it)," said Lacuna in an ambush interview.

Lacuna said she knows the programs and projects of incumbent Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso for the capital city.

"Lahat po ng nagaganap na programa at proyekto dito sa buong Maynila, ka-partner niya po ako, nandun po ako from the start at alam na alam ko po lahat po ng ipinapatupad naming programa at proyekto (I became his partner from the start and I really know the programs and projects in Manila)," Lacuna said.

The tandem of Lacuna and Vice Mayoral candidate John Marvin “Yul Servo” Nieto vowed to continue the programs and projects that started under Domagoso.

Lacuna and Nieto are under the political party of Asenso Manileno Movement and Aksyon Demokratiko.

If she wins the local elections, Lacuna will become Manila's first female mayor.
