PRC: 314 pass January and March 2022 licensure exam for real estate consultants


A total of 314 individuals out of 342 examinees passed the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, March 25.

PRC said that the examination was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Legazpi last Dec. 9, 2021 (written), and Jan. 4 to March 17, 2022 (revalida).

Among the successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the said exam are the following:

1. Justin Victor Nisperos Dela Cruz (Ateneo De Manila University, Quezon City – 90.80 percent)

2. Jesus Rommelson Litan Cantos (Ateneo De Manila University, Quezon City – 87.70 percent)

3. Michelle Lorraine Julienne Dionaldo (Ateneo De Manila University, Quezon City – 87.40 percent)

4. Norman Olimpo Fumar (Eastern Visayas State University – 87.10 percent)

5. Lloyd Kevin Co Abrigo (De La Salle University, Manila – 87.00 percent)

6. Nune Babao-Balgomera (De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Inst – 86.70 percent)

Diana Marcelo Chan (University of the Philippines, Diliman – 86.70 percent)

7. Key Row Visaya Axalan (University of the Philippines, Los Baños – 86.60 percent)

8. Melanie Ann Ursua Isok (Ateneo De Manila University, Quezon City – 86.40 percent)
