Paranaque cops give food to passport applicants at DFA

Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg, Southern Police District (SPD) director, lauded the members of Paranaque City Police Sub-Station 2 for conducting “Libreng pagkain hatid ng Paranaque Police” for passport applicants at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday, March 23.

Macaraeg said members of the police officers under the supervision of Col. Maximo Sebastian served “lugaw” (rice porridge) and “pandesal” to passport applicants.

The SPD chief said the cops decided to prepare food after seeing a long line of applicants waiting for their turn for almost 36 hours in front of the DFA office on Macapagal Boulevard in Barangay Tambo, Paranaque.

Macaraeg said he was happy with the Paranaque police for doing the act to ease the suffering of the applicants.
