Up to 8 hours of water service interruption to happen in parts of Antipolo City on March 22 to 24


Manila Water customers in some parts of Antipolo City will experience water service interruption for up to eight hours to start either on March 22 or March 23.

The east zone water concessionaire announced on its social media sites that starting at 10 p.m. on March 22, Tuesday, until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, portions of Barangay Bagong Nayon (GSIS Avenue and Clusters; Cogeo Road B; Cogeo Road 11 corner GSIS Avenue and Cogeo Cluster J, K, and L) will have no water due to Manila Water’s line meter and strainer declogging activities.

On March 23, starting at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day, March 24, Thursday, some parts of Barangay Cupang and Barangay Mayamot (P. Oliveros Street; Sumulong Highway, Mayamot; Lopez Ville Subdivision; Reyes Subdivision; Sierra Vista Subdivision; and Maria Corazon Subdivision, will also experience the service interruption due to line maintenance works.

Portions of Barangay San Roque (Along Circumferential Road corner Lower Ligtasan; along Juan Sumulong Street; along J. Sumulong Street corner Cristimar Subdvision; and along Grand Heights Road) will also have no water from 10 p.m. on March 23 until 6 a.m. on March 24 due to the de clogging activities in the affected areas.

Manila Water is advising its customers in the areas to be hit by the water interruption to store enough water ahead of the scheduled service cut off, to supply their needs during the maintenance activities.
