Discovering a digital community to explore opportunities

Social Media Marketing Philippines is a community founded by Neil Dimapilis, with the goal of helping out Filipinos explore the digital world in order to expand opportunities.

With the Philippines being the leading internet and social media users for the past years, Dimapilis’ community is built to help others educate and allow them to earn a living by using social media platforms.

“When I started this community all I had in mind was I want to give back to people and start a community wherein I can hyper focus that help to other people who wanted to learn and earn from social media marketing,” Dimapilis said, “from someone who was just helped and given the chance to work in this industry when I was starting I am grateful to all those people who trusted and helped me. So now as a way of giving back I’d like to pave the way to other people who are less fortunate, who do not have the resources to pay for online classes, workshops and training.”

This community is built with long-time industry practitioners and specialists that allows beginners to consult with them and get the help that they need when it comes to starting in this industry.

Some social media agencies included in the community include WIT Inc, Proper, NEO Social Media Management Service, SocialByts by Kaye, Kamila’s 4am Art, Wave Digital, Branding Raven, AC Creatives, among others.

The community’s goal is to provide learning opportunities and job opportunities by connecting them with industry specialists and business owners.

Social Media Marketing Philippines will be celebrating its 2-year anniversary with almost 50,000 members.
