MB Daily News Update: Russian attacks rage on

Russian rocket attacks have reached near the Polish border with Ukraine. And Ukrainian President Vlodomyr Zelensky has called on NATO anew to declare his country as a no-fly zone or else Russia’s rockets could fall on Nato soil.

This as the Philippines, through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said it was ready to assist refugees or asylum seekers under a new Executive Order (EO) that was recently issued.

Meanwhile, the Department of Energy (DOE) has summoned oil firms to explain the higher than projected fuel price adjustments.
