The brother of national women’s football team standout Sarina Bolden were among the new signings of Stallion-Laguna ahead of the Copa Paulino Alcantara which starts on March 14.

Kameron Bolden was named as one of 13 new players who will make up the Horsemen’s roster for the upcoming cup tournament at the PFF National Training Centre in Carmona, Cavite.

Coach Ernie Nierras said in the “Who the Heck we are?” podcast where the additions were announced said the club is working on necessary paperwork in order for the 23-year-old Bolden to be eligible to play as a local.

Bolden is the second player who has a sister as a part of the national women’s squad to join Stallion.

Finn McDaniel, brother of Olivia and Chandler McDaniel, will play his third year for Stallion.

Stallion also added Americans Leo Nogueira, Rafa Nogueda and Oscar Delgado, who are all based in California, and Kainoa Bailey, who played last year for the Azkals Development Team in the Copa.

Stallion also added veterans Junior Munoz and Marvin Angeles, national youth player Justin Pena, Sherwin Basindanan, Geri Rey, Ron Bayan and Charles Pickering, who will be loaned to ADT for the Copa.

McDaniel and bullstrong defender Gabe Silva are among the holdovers from last year’s roster, but Stallion won’t be having bullstrong defender Abe Placito back.

Stallion won’t be making its debut until March 31 when it faces United City to begin the six-game elimination round schedule.

The Horsemen lost to ADT in the semifinal of last year’s Copa before securing a third place finish after defeating Dynamic Herb Cebu via a penalty shootout.
