WATCH: Newborn babies moved to bomb shelters in Ukraine


The world doesn't stop, even when there's an ongoing war. Babies are still born every day.

With the bombings over the weekend, in Dninpro city, Ukraine, a children's hospital was under siege and the doctors rushed these babies down to the a makeshift bomb shelter under the same building. A viral video is going around, taken by the hospital's chief neonatal unit Dr. Denis Surkov of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Children's Clinical Hospital. In an interview by New York Times, he explains, "This is the NICU. In a bomb shelter. Can you imagine?" He continues, "We were nervous, very confused."
