Many were seemingly caught by surprise, based on their comments.
One said: "OMG! Is he your BF?"
Another said: "BG reveal!!! ON Valentine's!!! Sweet!"
Of course, it should be noted that Maymay didn't actually identify the guy as her boyfriend.
Whoever the guy is, many of Maymay's celebrity friends joined in on the fun.
Some of them simply posted heart emojis including Liza Soberano, Charlie Dizon, Daryl Ong and Belle Mariano.

The post has since gone viral, earning more than 400,000 likes some three hours after being made public.
