The Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Bulacan has recorded five new COVID-19 deaths and 183 recoveries on Tuesday, Feb. 8.
The PHO said it logged 40 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the province to 108,563. Most of the cases reportedly came from the 20-29 age group.
The cities and municipalities with the highest cases are Malolos, San Jose Del Monte, and Santa Maria. The five new deaths brought to 1,550 the province's COVID-19-related fatalities.
Of the total of 108,563 COVID-19 confirmed cases, 105,409 or 94 percent have recovered.
