“ we will surrender ourselves to God. ‘Yun ang una naming gagawin. Hihingi kami ng gabay, magmimisa kami ni Doc Willie at ng aking mga kasamang mga senador. Tapos magmo-motorcade kami hanggang mananghali tapos ala-sais a very simple proclamation rally... modest and simple proclamation (That is the first thing we will do. We will ask for guidance, Doc Willie and my fellow senators and I will hear mass. Then we will hold a motorcade until noon, then at six a very simple proclamation rally... modest and simple proclamation),” Domagoso told reporters.

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, along with his running mate Dr. Willie Ong and Aksyon Demokratiko's senatorial slate, toured the streets of Tondo during the caravan.

Around 5,000 motorcycle riders clad in blue T-shirts also participated at the "Blue Wave" Caravan as an expression of support for the presidential bid of Domagoso.

Domagoso is set to hold his proclamation rally at the Kartilya ng Katipunan on Tuesday afternoon.

The Aksyon Demokratiko proclamation rally will be from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Domagoso's team assured that health protocols outlined by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) such as the implementation of social distancing and the wearing of face masks will be strictly observed in the Aksyon Demokratiko campaign trail.

“Yung aming proclamation rally, would you believe, by invitation lang because we really want to control ‘yung (tao and observe) minimum health standards so we follow our own rules. But it will not be a perfect campaign but pumanatag kayong lahat kami pipilitin naming sumunod, ‘yun ang kompromiso ko sa taong bayan (Our proclamation rally, would you believe, is by invitation only because we really want to control (the number of people and observe) the minimum health standards so we follow our own rules. But it will not be a perfect campaign but don’t worry we will abide by the rules, that is my commitment to the people),” he said.

“As much as possible, kasi gusto ko pa rin unawain ‘yung katatayuan ng tao na may pandemya pa, may impeksyon pa. So, hangga’t maaari, syempre gusto ko maiparamdam sa kanila na hindi lang ‘yung sarili namin ang iniisip namin, ‘yung kampanya namin, but also ‘yung katayuan nila sa loob ng impeksyon (As much as possible, we always factor in the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic. There is still an infection. As much as possible, I want our people to know that we are not just thinking of pushing this campaign for our own gain. We have to always consider the safety of the people ),” he added.
