"If Hollywood is in my destiny, so be it." Trendsetting icon Heart Evangelista declared this on Feb. 4, fresh from her successful stint in Paris Fashion Week. Heart put the Philippines on the fashion map and gained lots of international media exposure despite the fact that it was her first trip alone in the City of Love.

In a mediacon for her GMA Network series ''Í Left My Heart in Sorsogon,'' Heart confirmed that she "did film for a show in Netflix. Di ko lang alam kung kelan lalabas.'"

"For me, it's destiny if I can achieve anything in Hollywood. I have no concrete plan for my career at the moment. I just take it one day at a time and let myself be guided by my intuition. I just try to enjoy each step," the Kapuso lead star and Queen of Creative Collaborations stated.

Heart is rumored to star in Season 2 of the Bling Empire on Netflix after social media posts showed her bonding with stars of the show during her visit to LA before Christmas last year.

"I Left My Heart In Sorgoson" where Heart plays the role of socialite Celeste Estrellado-Macedonio goes on its finale this week and viewers are at a suspense who she ends up with.

The First Lady of the province of Sorsogon revealed that it will be a long time before she stars again in a long-running TV series, owing to her very busy schedule.

"There's so much to balance in my life right now. There's my husband as well. Am open to doing a movie, but it depends on whom the leading man will be. I can also do a three-episode special or a trilogy," she stated.

Heart pointed out she doesn't feel pressured at all keeping up with her status as a style icon.

""First of all, I learned that whatever field you enter, it really has to be you. If you pretend you are someone else, you will not last. Sa dami ng napagdaanan ko sa showbiz, am not pressured to be placed in a certain mold. Am doing this for my soul, and that's what's important."

"Before, I was very conscious about the approval of others. About people who would bash me. Pagod na ako umiyak sa walk-in closet ko. When you're down, that's when you reset and rediscover. That's when I learned the public should accept me as I am, whether they like it or not. It's a very liberating feeling," she stated.

Heart admitted that she doesn't mind wearing her clothes again. In fact, she's a Certified Outfit Repeater. She uses her talent as a visual artist for this purpose, as it takes a lot of creativity to mix and match dresses and make it all look beautiful.
