Several airport personnel at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) were vaccinated with booster shot against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday, Jan. 28.
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said that the booster vaccination was conducted at NAIA Terminal 4 in cooperation with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and One Stop Shop (OSS).
The MIAA said that they aim to administer 1,000 booster shots to OSS members and their immediate family from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The vaccines used were Sinovac-CoronaVac and Moderna.
Meanwhile, the BOQ assured that another schedule for booster vaccination will be conducted in the following days to protect more airport personnel.
