QC Veterinary Department announces new pet tele-consultation schedule

The Quezon City Veterinary Department (QCVD) on Monday, Jan. 24, announced that the new schedule for its "Veterinarians Tele-consultation" will be every Tuesday and Thursday.

The tele-consultations for pets will start from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The QCVD said that the change of schedule is due to the overwhelming inquiries they received for the past days and the resumption of their per barangay field activities (previous schedule is from Mondays to Fridays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

Pet owners can send a message to the department's Facebook page and fill up the tele-consultation form on the Messenger menu bar or call them through their contact number which is also posted on the page: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=358825399404645&id=110100100943844

Inquiries without forms and messages sent beyond the schedule will not be accommodated, the QCVD said.

Meanwhile, anti-rabies vaccinations for cats and dogs also resumed in some barangays in the city on Monday.
