Police seized a total of P238,000 worth of shabu from two drug suspects in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Masambong, Quezon City at around 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18.
According to Police Lt. Col. Ritchie Claravall, station commander of Masambong Police Station, the suspects -- Jean Claudine Concordia, 29, and Francis Faustino, 49 -- were nabbed at No. 24 Malasimbo St., Barangay Masambong.
The police confiscated from the duo around 35 grams of shabu and the buy-bust money.
Concordia and Faustino were brought to the police station and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Cherrylin Caacbay)
