The Valenzuela City government has closed several health centers amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) surge.
According to the local government, doctors and health personnel assigned to the closed health centers will be deployed to vaccination sites and isolation sites in the coming days.
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 11, the following health centers will remain open:
-Marulas 3S Center
- Karuhatan 3S Center
- Gen. T. De Leon 3S Center
- Ugong 3S Center
- Malinta Health Station
- Veinte Reales Health Station
- Punturin 3S Center
- Malanday 3S Center -
Balangkas 3S Center -
Paso de Blas Health Station
- Maysan 3S Center
- Dalandanan 3S Center
- Canumay West Health Station
The said health centers will be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
As of Monday, Jan. 10, the city recorded a total of 2,549 active COVID-19 cases.
