LOOK: Emotional Candy Pangilinan documents second COVID-19 journey

Candy Pangilinan is among celebrities who tested COVID-19 positive recently.

She's emotional about it, noting it's her second time to catch the deadly virus.

On her recent vlog, Candy documented how her days went as she isolated herself.

Candy shared she has been taking antibiotics and lots of medicines to feel better.

According to Candy, her current circumstance is different from what she experienced in December 2020.

Then, she said she was asymptomatic.

But this time, symptoms kept appearing one after the other - chills, headache, body pain, cough, and such.

Asked why she felt the need to share it with fans, she explained: "I had the feeling na kailangan i-share. It's really dangerous and it's really out there and you don't know when you will get it."

She then advised her subscribers to be more cautious and extra careful.

Though, Candy reiterated that contracting the virus anew is the "consequence" of her "actions."

"Pag nakaramdam kayo ng konting symptoms, isolate agad assume na po niyo that you have the virus," she said. "I am still very grateful because I am isolated here in the house. I am still very blessed. I am very optimistic of 2022 of what will bring us, each one of us. And I pray that 2022 will be the best for all of us."

"Ako, I feel, I have COVID right now because God wants me to rest, lay down, lay low, think, analyze, reflect, have time on my own for myself. Siguro yun po yung nawala tayo - to give time to ourselves because you always keep time for others..."

More than anything, Candy prays that her 17-year-old son Quentin, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as with her mother, who is a senior, will not be infected by COVID-19.
