Caloocan City North Medical Center outpatient department implements 'no walk-in’ policy

The outpatient department (OPD) of Caloocan City North Medical Center (CCNMC) has implemented a "no walk-in” policy starting on Monday, Jan. 3.

This is after the national government placed Metro Manila under Alert Level 3 from Jan. 3 to 15 due to the surge of COVID-19 cases in the region.

According to the local government, the outpatients can send a text message to the OPD to book schedules Mondays to Fridays, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and they will not accept phone calls.

For teleconsultations (medical, senior, pedia only), patients can call on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
