Beauty queen Hannah Arnold appeals to fans to help flood victim in Masbate

Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold has appealed for donations for a kababayan in Masbate whose house was washed away by heavy rains and winds recently.

On Instagram July 26, Hannah said "Tatay Paquito needs our care, our smiles, and our friendship to rebuild his home."

"Neighbors and friends call him Tatay Paquito because he serves as their extra Lolo in their community as he gives them his care, his loving smile and friendship. Now he needs our care, our smiles and our friendship to rebuild his home.

"All weekend we have been experiencing heavy rains, winds & high tides and many communities, families and individuals have been greatly effected ? Now we need to help them rebuildâ€¦ and rebuild stronger.

"Pictured is Tatay Paquito in his family home in Esperanza Masbate, which he once shared with his late wife (she passed away in 2015) and where he once made memories with his only daughter (she passed away last year from Covid-19)?. My heart breaks knowing his family is no longer with him, his home is washed away and to hear his only source of income to fix this, is his pension. His neighbors and my friend John are doing their best to keep Tatay sheltered and fed right now, but we would like to ask for your kind hearts to help us rebuild his home.
