Valenzuela LGU reminds motorists of 'NCAP relief' application deadline

The deadline of applications for the No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP) relief in Valenzuela City will be on Dec. 31, 2021, the local government reminded motorists with traffic violations on Monday, Dec. 27.

The relief program, launched in July 2021, is applicable to motorists who have yet to settle their violations under the NCAP issued from March 17, 2020 to May 14, 2021.

Violations recorded and settled before the said dates, and non-residents of the city are not eligible for the relief.

According to the local government, motorists can check if they have any violations through the link below: https://nocontact.valenzuelacity.net./

They are required to present seven copies of the NCAP Application Form (https://valenzuela.gov.ph/ncaprelief.pdf), Notice of Violation, and at least two valid identification cards (voter's ID/certification, barangay clearance, real property tax declaration, government-issued ID).

The residents can visit the Valenzuela City Traffic Violations Adjudication Committee (VCTVAC) City External Services Office in Barangay Dalandanan to apply for the relief.

The NCAP was implemented in the city in 2019 to ensure safety on the city's roads without physical interactions by traffic enforcers and motorists.
