Beyond The Vines introduces new stores in Manila
Without a doubt, Singapore is one of Southeast Asia’s top shopping destinations. With it being home to a myriad of luxury brands and other international design houses, one can definitely satiate their style cravings in the country. But one of the things the nation prides about is its homegrown creatives in the fashion field, one of which is Beyond the Vines.
With the help of its Dumpling bags, the multidisciplinary design studio became a global label. First introduced in 2019, the signature bag embodies everything that the brand stands for which is the belief that good design should be accessible to all.
This year, the Singaporean brand gives the Dumpling bag a new look, creating them in different colors and in a number of sizes (Micro, XS, M, and XL) to suit people’s personal style. Made with lightweight water-resistant nylon, it features short handles, an adjustable crossbody strap for multi-way wear, and a large front flap pocket created for the bag to fold into itself. It also comes with a D-ring on the front for keys and/or masks, making it suitable for the times.
This new Dumpling bag can now be found in the brand’s newest stores in the Philippines, in addition to their first concept at Shangri-La Plaza. With a floor area of 538.2 sq-ft, Beyond The Vines SM Mall of Asia features a Bag Bar where the brand’s cult-favorite arm candies hang proudly and are displayed intentionally for tactility and try-on. At the Power Plant Mall, the label’s 387.5 sq-ft concept store showcases its repertoire of signature ready-to-wear apparel. Retail spaces that are crafted for self-discovery, shoppers are encouraged to wander further and explore a diverse new range of design-led products tailored to understated perfection.
