Based on the raffling result, the groups that secured the first 10 slots are: Kalipunan ng Maralita at Malayang Mamamayan Inc (Kamalayan) followed by Kilos Mamamayan Ngayon Na (KM Ngayn Na), Philippine Society for Industrial Society (PSIS), Agricultural Sector Alliance of the Philippines (AGAP), Kabalikat ng Mamamayan (Kabayan), Home Owners And Marginalized Empowerment Through Opportunities with Neighborhood Economic Reliability (HOME OWNER), Kabalikat Patungo sa Umuunlad na Sistematiko at Organisadong Pangkabuhayan Movement (KAPUSO-PM), PDP Cares Foundation Inc. (PDP CARES), Noble Advancement of Marvelous People of the Philippines Inc. (MARVELOUS TAYO), and Advocates and Keepers Organization of OFWs, Inc. (AKO OFW).

A total of 166 party-list organizations were included in the raffle.

The Comelec earlier said the refusal or inexcusable failure by the authorized representatives to comply with the requirements of verbal manifestation and acknowledgement via MS Forms shall be considered a waiver of their listing in the raffle.

"Consequently, their respective party-list groups, organizations, or coalitions shall be placed last in the list, in alphabetical order," it said.

The poll body also said that within 15 days after the raffle, a final listing shall be published or posted in two newspapers of general circulation and in the official website.

"At any time thereto, the Comelec has the authority to exclude any PL group, organization, or coalition subject to the pending incidents," it said.

In Resolution No. 10733, the Comelec said the raffle will be conducted virtually amid the continued threat of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

The raffle was held at the Commission En Banc Session Hall, 8th Floor Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros Manila and simultaneously via Microsoft Teams (MS Teams).
