The Manila local government announced on Wednesday, Dec. 8, that it has already distributed “Pamaskong Handog” or Christmas boxes to 200 barangays.

In a Facebook post, Mayor Isko Moreno-Domagoso thanked Engineer Armand Andres, Director Kenneth Amurao, and Director Dennis Viaje for their help in the delivery of gift bags to city residents.

The distribution of Pamaskong Handog started in 82 barangays in District 1 on Sunday, Dec. 5, through the help of Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB), Department of Engineering and Public Works (DEPW), and Department of Public Services (MTPB).

Families who received the gift packs expressed their gratitude to the local government on social media.
