Onic redeemed itself from the Game 1 loss as it went back to what it does best, dissecting Todak with its split push game and great macro plays management to take a 12-10 triumph.

The Filipino bets didn’t really engage the Malaysian squad to full 5v5 clashes as they focused on their pick-off game courtesy of the quick map rotation from Jaylord “Hatred” Gonzales’ midlane Beatrix and Allen “Baloyskie” Baloy’s Rafaela.

Hatred shone with a 9-3-1 KDA while Baloyskie provided his team the support and the sustain with a 0-1-11 score line.

Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol would also not be denied this time as he got his free reigns on his jungle Natan to form a deadly double-marksman combo with Hatred’s Beatrix.

Those marksmen also allowed Onic to swiftly take major objectives including the first Lord at the 10-minute mark of the game.

Todak showed some fight with Muhammad “Cikugais” Danial’s jungle Alucard getting some pick-offs but the damage from Onic's lineup was simply too much with Idreen “Momo” Bin Abdul Jamal’s Gloo being the lone frontliner for the Malaysian squad.

It also didn’t help Todak’s cause that Onic head coach Denver “Yebmaester” Miranda purposely pick Faramis to directly counter Gloo and negate his split-split ultimate combo during team fights.

Onic then needed one more Luminous Lord to close out the series and get themselves a good chance to still secure a spot in the upper bracket.

After Onic Indonesia’s lost against Vivo Keyd earlier, Onic PH still has the chance to top the group stage if wins its last match against Keyd, and Onic ID loses to Todak.
