Pasig City active COVID-19 cases down to 36

The number of active COVID-19 cases in Pasig City is now down to 36, the local government reported on Thursday, Dec. 2.

The city logged a total of 59,329 COVID-19 cases, 57,829 of them have recovered while 1,464 died, according to the Public Information Office (PIO).

Meanwhile, the city government urged the public to remain vigilant and observe minimum health protocols at all times.

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, who joined the medical team on the third day of the National Vaccination Days at The Medical City, cited the National Capital Region (NCR) for surpassing its vaccination target for the first two days.

“We are happy to have done our part with over 15k doses administered from Nov. 29-30,” Sotto said.
