Pasay City COVID-19 cases down to 18


The number of active COVID-19 cases in Pasay City is now down to 18, the local government reported on Tuesday, Nov. 30.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said out of the 201 barangays in the city, 15 remain with single-digit cases.

Rubiano asked the residents to still follow the basic health protocols after the City Health Office (CHO) listed another person who succumbed to the dreaded disease, bringing the city's COVID death toll to 547.

The mayor said the city government is also giving flu and pneumonia vaccines to the city residents, while it continues the immunization drive against COVID-19.

Rubiano said the city has already deployed a total of 572,830 vaccines
