Several Manila Water customers in parts of Baras, Morong, and Jalajala in Rizal Province will have no water for eight hours starting on Nov. 29 due to a maintenance activity in Morong Pumping Station.
The Manila Water announced on its Facebook page that the water interruption will be on Nov. 29 at 10 p.m. until at 6 p.m. on Nov. 30 due to its maintenance activity at Morong Pumping Station on Manila East Road in Morong near Cardona boundary.
Affected areas in Jalajala are Barangays Special District, 2nd District, 3rd District, Sipsipin, Paalaman, Bayugo, Punta, Palaypalay, Pagkalinawan, Bayumbong, Bayugo, and Lubo.
In Baras, Barangays Evangelista, Mabini, Conception, San Miguel, San Juan, San Jose, Rizal, Santiago, and San Salvador will also experience water service disruption.
Parts of Barangay San Pedro in Morong will also be part of the 8-hour interruption.
Customers in the affected areas are advised to store enough water to ensure that they will have water for the duration of the service interruption.
