PLM graduate among Civil Engineer Licensure Exam topnotchers


A Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) graduate placed seventh out of 2,374 who passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, Nov. 25.

Dale Iverson Lacastre scored 91.35 percent in the exam which was held from Nov. 14 to Nov. 15.

PLM celebrated a 100 percent passing rate as all six of the university’s Civil Engineering graduates who took the exam passed on their first attempt including Lacastre.

A total of 6,469 graduates took the exam.

The six exam passers will be able to apply for a professional license with the PRC starting Dec. 17 and take their oath as professional engineers.
