Pasay City allows walk-ins for booster shots


The Pasay City government will be accepting walk-ins who wish to get their booster shot against COVID-19.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the city government targets to inoculate 200 individuals belonging to the A1 (health front liners), A2 (senior citizens), and A3 (adult with comorbidties) priority groups.

Rubiano said the City Health Office (CHO) is also sending out text messages to those who are scheduled for their booster shot.

The Public Information Office posted on Facebook the venues for the Nov. 26 and 27 booster vaccinations.

For the A1 and A2 categories, they should proceed to Double Dragon Plaza from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Pfizer brand, and Pasay City West High School from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Sinovac.

For those belonging to the A1, A2, and A3 categories who want to get the AstraZeneca vaccine, they may proceed to SM MOA Giga Vaccination Center.

The CHO reminded the vaccinees to bring their COVID vaccination card and valid identification card. For the A3 category eligible, they must bring their medical certificate,.
