ICONIC! Princess Punzalan recreates 'Mula sa Puso' bus scene

Princess Punzalan took a trip down memory lane via social media recently.

She recreated her role as antagonist Selina Pereira-Matias in 1997's "Mula sa Puso," using the series' pivotal bus explosion scene.

"In this scene from "Mula Sa Puso," Selina Matias has deep hatred for Via and her mother Magda. She signals to have the bus Via was on to blow up. After the explosion, she sees Magda losing it because Via was in the bus," she wrote as caption along with the hashtags: "#MulaSaPuso," "#SelinaMatias," "#EvilLaugh," "#AsianActor," and "#FilipinaActor."

Seasoned actress Donita Rose reacted to it, commenting: "A new friend of mine, @joyannsworld3gs, was just telling me last night that she thought you were a mean person in real life because of Mula Sa Puso. I was cracking up and telling her, it’s quite the opposite and that your halo is ten times bigger than mine. (Face with tears of joy emojis)."

Princess then replied: "Only by the grace of God... With all the hurts and disappointments I had, I could have been bitter... but He helped me forgive and just let go. Kaya mas magaan ang feeling! I love you, Dee!"
