Anne Curtis shares glimpse of ‘Thierry Mugler, Couturissime’ exhibit in Paris

Truly ‘magnifique!’

Opened last September 2021, “Thierry Mugler, Couturissime” exhibit in Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris celebrates the couture creations of the legendary French fashion designer Manfred Thierry Mugler.

A wonderworld of style and high fashion, the exhibit encapsulates the designer’s decades-long journey in the industry with his past works, from ready-to-wear pieces and haute couture silhouettes to stage costumes. Some of his works have been worn by performers of Cirque du Soleil, Beyoncé in her “I Am ... World Tour,” Cardi B at the Grammys, and graced the Met Gala red carpet through Kim Kardashian.

But apart from the stellar looks, the exhibit also displays photographs, films, and unpublished archives dating from 1973 to 2014, making it a must-visit spot in France for any who loves fashion, history, and pop culture. And among the lucky ones who got the chance to experience the museum in real-life is Filipino actress Anne Curtis. In her latest Instagram post, she shared her visit to the spectacular “Thierry Mugler, Couturissime.”

“Feeling very lucky I got to see some iconic pieces by the master Thierry Mugler,” Anne posted on Instagram. “Magnifique pieces with such specific, gorgeous details.”

The exhibit will run until April 24, 2022. Get to know more about it here. But, for now, enjoy it through Anne’s snaps below.
