Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana had some comforting news when he gave the assurance that Chinese vessels won’t both Philippine boats on resupply missions to Ayungin Shoal again.

The Department of Health (DOH) also said seniors and select immunocompromised individuals may be able to get additional coronavirus disease (COVID-19) shots starting today.

In the political front, vice presidential aspirant Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio disputed her own father’s assertion that her running mate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. was not fit to become president when she maintained that the former senator had the “political experience” that made him an ideal candidate for the post.
