Valenzuela City gov't opens online payment system for NCAP violations

Motorists in Valenzuela who received notices of violation under the No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP) can now settle their penalties with ease after the local government opened its online payment system on Friday, Nov. 19.

The website allows the motorists to verify their violations using their vehicle's plate numbers and check the process for payment. They can pay the fines through this link: https://nocontact.valenzuelacity.net/

Meanwhile, those who already paid for their traffic violations dated March 17, 2021 to May 14, 2021 can still apply for the NCAP Relief Program until Dec. 31 to get their refunds.

The NCAP was implemented in Valenzuela in 2019 to maintain order in the city's roads and apprehend violators without the need for face-to-face interactions.
