Manila to hold 'Manila K-Town Fest Cha-cha-cha' in Malate


In a bid to promote Korean culture in the nation's capital, the City of Manila announced the opening of the "Manila K-Town Fest Cha-cha-cha".

The "Manila K-Town Fest Cha-cha-cha" will be open to the public from 5 p.m to 11 p.m., starting Nov. 19 to 30 at the Remedios Circle, Malate in Manila.

The Manila Bureau of Permits (MBP) and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) launched the "Manila K-Town Fest Cha-cha-cha" to showcase the Korean culture in the capital city through their various food and merchandise.

There will be at least 15 stalls that are expected to participate in the event.

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno had earlier announced that the capital will be building a Korea Town in Malate, Manila.
