MB Daily News Update

With father and daughter headed for an election showdown for the position of vice president, the drama between President Duterte and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte continued as both took to social media to air their side on what transpired on Saturday, November 13, 2021.

This developed even as the other presidential aspirants continued with their respective campaigns nationwide with supporters of former senator Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos and Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso going on caravans in Metro Manila, and Vice President Leni Robredo visiting Cebu City.

Meanwhile, the Department of Health (DOH) is upbeat with reports showing that only 10 to 15 percent of Filipinos remain hesitant to be inoculated with coronavirus diseases (COVID-19) vaccines, while 400,000 minors aged 12 to 17 years old have already been vaccinated, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These are among the top stories this Sunday afternoon, November 14, 2021.
