The Malabon City government has vaccinated more than 10,000 minors aged 12 to 17 against COVID-19.
A total of 10,394 minors received the first dose of Pfizer vaccine as of Thursday, Nov.11.
According to the data of the city government, a total of 1,318 minors with comorbidities and 9,076 minors without comorbidities were vaccinated.
The local government started its pediatric vaccination last Oct.22.
Walk-in vaccination for minors is not allowed, and only those with confirmed appointments and accompanied by their parent/guardian will be accommodated.
